I see Dr P., so happy I found him. He is so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable at his profession. The office is very helpful too.

The doctor's are great. I cannot say the same regarding the other staff (front desk, billing department). I had an ongoing billing issue for SEVEN MONTHS for incorrect codes submitted to the lab. I was being wrongfully charged for something that I was not diagnosed with. The office didn't assist me in getting this appealed, and I was doing the "run-around" for seven monthscalling the insurance company, lab, doctor's office, etc. My account was about to go into collections. Despite the lab's proactiveness and due diligence to assist me in handling this bill, the billing department did not seem to follow-up and get these codes amended.
Moreover, I should not have to call the front desk and get a feeling that I am inconveniencing ANYBODY. I AM the customer and should be treated with respect. Do not be curt with your customers/patients. That is not how you run a business.
