My experience was excellent . I just got of the Lirr from Queens and happened to wak by and noticed Syosset Lock Shop . My FOB Key failed to work the Night before . They responded with Professional Service and I was up and Running in no time. The Service was 110% .

I came in to have a key made for my daughter and it didnt work, so she ended up getting locked out of the house. It wouldnt even fit into the lock. This place has gone downhill since new owners have come in. Thank god Dave is still there, he was able to help me and the key worked right away. Also, almost $6 for a regular key?? Are they out of their minds? I called last week to inquire about having a specific lock changed in my home. The woman who answered the phone could not answer my question but told me she would have someone call me back. No one ever called. Their new slogan is Commited to our customers Clearly thats not the case, and they cant even spell committed correctly. Yikes. All of their reviews below mine are fake, thats so sad that a business cant generate real reviews from real customers.
