EDIT: Update to add that they will IMMEDIATELY send your bills to collections without warning -- this office never sent me bills, not in paper mail, email, texts, etc. No communication at all. I paid online in partial payments until they locked me out from doing so even though I was paying ON the bill. You people are seriously greedy. I don't have $500+ to fork out over to yall, debt collectors aren't getting it either....... Dr. Surles is new and quite friendly - easy to get along with & somewhat informative. Didn't really explain how to treat issues. Had to schedule multiple visits to barely find out things - a huge waste of $$$. The wait times are so long for a quick exam and a passive dismissal. They take auto payments & don't tell you about it. I never signed paperwork (tabletwork?) about it - they love to bring up the agreement so you can't get what you need to be done. I had to b**ch & complain to get my card removed. It took 5 attempts to do so, which I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DO! Last time, I spoke with a rude woman, who said that for the card to be removed, I would have to stop being seen here for an overdue balance. I agreed to these terms. However, I was still charged when my card should have been removed right then and there according to the woman's words. Over $300 was attempted to be drawn from my card. I wouldn't have been pissed if they communicated with me or offered payment plans & removed my card when I asked the first time. Other than that I got surprise billing. They didn't notify me of exams/tests that weren't covered by my insurance and didn't tell me my insurance was denied. So I'm having to pay so much for nothing This is a shoddy place and I wish I got to experience 5 stars. I'll gladly go elsewhere.

I normally don't write reviews. Overall, the office is a great office. Dr. Rehburg delivered my baby in 2013. He was great everything went well. The problem comes in when I was discharged from the office because of failure to pay. I unknowingly had two insurances one was supposed to cancel but was extended because of covid. Because I had two insurances neither would pay. They called me to pay the balance I told them as soon as I got my taxes. I dont think the account was delinquent for 3 months. Iam a single parent that only makes 800 dollars every two weeks. I have been patient with this job in hopes of going full time soon. Thats another story. I know thats not their fault but they could have said bring in 30 dollars to keep the account from closing. Its hard to stay above water with everything being so high and hard to remember things when you are constantly busy. They never once sent a bill. Just two phone calls while Iam in the middle of working. Of course I would have paid the bill if I could remember before it closed. As this is the only place I have ever been seen at and is 2 minutes from home. Now, Iam pregnant with my second child this time Iam older and this is a high risk pregnancy I have a blood clot in my lung and Iam nervous and forced to find care with someone Iam unfamiliar with. Pregnancy is hard enough. Now, I have to drive an hour away for care. I even borrowed the money to take in all at once but no they wont see me. Not everyone make 6 figures and its hard for some people to make ends meet day to day.
