This was an awful experience. An employee named Kurtis working at a cash register in the Women's department made my experience horrible. HE WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. You are better off making the drive to another sears location just to avoid this employee.

I tried buying an AC here. First I tried the registers near the tires. They said they couldn't ring me up. "Okay," I thought to myself. "That's fine. I'll just go to another register."
I get to the register near the mall entrance. No dice. They told me I needed to pay for it in appliances, since the employees get commission. Why should someone get commission if I chose out the AC myself? Nobody assisted me in choosing.
So I get back there and after 10-20 minutes of searching for an appliance salesperson, I finally find one. She keeps trying to push a Sears credit card on me. I keep telling her i don't want it, but she continues trying to convince me. She even pulls out her phone and shows me a birdbath she bought with her "points" from her store credit card. The look of annoyance on my face should have clued her in, but she just wasn't getting it.
Needless to say, from now on I'll be using the Sears store in Middletown, RI. The people there were great, and didn't try to push credit cards on me.
