Wow is all I can say to the other reviews. No it is not closed that is an issue with how it shows on Iphone/Apple devices apparently. Weird but there you have it.She is not rude she is a New Englander. Millennials can take their hurt feelings at not being bowed down to just for being a customer and go find your safe space to pout.Yes she is direct and will ask as soon as you walk through the door if you are dropping off a pre-paid package. If you are she'll let you know where to leave it so it gets sorted correctly. It's quick and you can get on your way. Lots of other drop off places charge you up to $1 or more just to drop off a pre-paid package and she doesn't charge. That's a big deal to me since I ship often.If you need something else she's helpful and will get it done. Tape costs money and she is a small business. If you don't bring your own then expect to pay for it. Not an unreasonable ask, especially if you are looking down your nose at her because she didn't give what you deemed a properly bubbly greeting.She does run on cash or check only so be prepared for that, again small business and running cards costs money. It's a small business I'm glad is here and I'm happy to support.

The women that works there is rude and shows no respect to customers.She obviously doesnt like her job. She should try some kindness.
I plan on not returning there again.

I think this business is no longer open.  Another business gone under due to covid restrictions?
