Brought ring back to be remounted and resized as was agreed to back in October 2018, they were friendly and helpful and remembered their commitment at the time of the sale. Pleasant transaction. There are Kay's stores closer but I prefer this location due to the people in the Swansea store.

I was at Kay's and was treated like a king by one of the sweetest lady associate that I ever met!! Melanie Garrant from the Swansea Mall Kay's went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out!! Kay's is very blessed to have such a hard, knowledgeable worker!!

I can not say enough good things about this location. My husband went to the Braintree location looking for a ring for me. The sales person somehow talked him into getting me earrings because "I would like that better". However, my husband knows me best and knows that I DO NOT wear earrings half the time, but felt uncomfortable and purchased the earrings. I worked in Jewelry before why would you steer a customer away from purchasing a 2,000 dollar ring for 900 dollar earrings lol. Sillyness. Anyways we then went to the taunton location returned the earrings and purchased a ring. After discussing the financial portion I asked multiple times if they were charging the correct amount and they assured me the were. SURPRISE SURPRISE they did not :(. I had to call the financing company and then corporate on my day off to figure out what the heck was going on. SOOOOO FUSTRATING. And then I was blessed enough to have the help up Aaron and Jaime. They were godsend! They fixed my whole financial mess up from the other store that should have never happened in the first place and took the hit in their store to make sure I was completely happy with my experience. I went in guns blazing because I was upset and they completely turned my mood around and made me laugh and have a wonderful experience. I went from thinking I would NEVER shop at a Kays again to loving that store and talking my husband about buying me another band to go with my ring. They are wonderful at their job and I will forever shop/purchase from the Kays in Swansea. Thank you so much for turning my horrible experience into a wonderful one! GREATTTT JOB!
