Lots of fake positive reviews here, and I'm pretty sure that Alaysia Arruda is related to Kelsey Arruda, who has worked at Frank Smith for a decade. These people are slow and incompetent and that's exactly what their reviews should show.

I called Frank Smith Insurance Agency several weeks ago to obtain an insurance quote for Home and Auto Insurance. The girl who answered the phone said she would put me through to Dawn.
I left a detailed message, along with my callback information. I waited for a week or so for a callback, but such never happened. I called again last week, but this time Dawn answered the phone. I mentioned that I had previously called, and left a message, but never heard back. Well, that's been a week ago, and my current policies expire later this week. It's unlikely I will hear back. It's safe to assume that I won't be doing business with this company now or in the future. Very poor customer service, and it's apparent they surely don't care about cultivating new business.
