I brought a high-end laptop in that wasn't booting properly. I had tried everything, pretty sure I had a $3k paperweight , I was very impressed and extremely relieved when he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. If I ever need anything in the future, Wayne will be the only person I call, and the person I'll recommend to family or friends. Thanks again, Wayne, you rock!

Lifesaver! Wayne from Heartware rescued me from disaster when my computer died on vacation and i needed it immediately for work.
