i rank innovative appliance, and their partner distinctive appliance, a 5/5. they're professional, responsive, and timely (when they can be). i needed a new dishwasher after cost of repair of old dishwasher approached cost of new one, so richard at distinctive appliance helped select an in-stock version, and it was delivered and installed by fabian (A+) in less than a week. the exchange of the old one and installation of the new one took ~1h, was easy, low stress, and complete. i am a pleased customer. will definitely recommend and use this company again. thank you! only opportunity would have been to comp the initial repair of the valve (a few hundred $$, which was ultimately not the main/biggest problem) towards a new machine. ;-)

I initially had an issue with some charges I received, but the company really went above and beyond to listen to me and provide a fair outcome. Its not something they had to do as I bore the final responsibility for reviewing and understanding the quote I was given.
This is on top of the clean and professional service that was provided for my dishwasher and refrigerator service.

He was able to take apart my Miele Dishwasher after I was experiencing trouble and fix it without having replace a part which I was told I needed.
