Great when installed, but had a problem later with the shades and no assistance. No return calls or emails. I had to contact another Hunter Douglas distributor to assist me with my issues, which was in Utah, Kempler Design. Kempler sent me all parts needed to fix my shades.

We would recommend Charlie and his team hands down as they were amazing to work with, managed our expectations and delivered the best outdoor mesh and vinyl screens! Well worth our investment for our outdoor porch.

So far I have been very happy with Shade Solutions. I have ordered plantation shutters from then and they have been very easy to work with and do a great job. I plan continuing to finish my window treatments with them. It has been very easy to work with Charlie Thornton, what a nice person. I would recommend them.
