They have very underhanded methods. They call police to have surrounding vehicles towed if they think they mess with the esthetic of a property instead of asking if they can move their vehicle into a garage or elsewhere. Such as boats, rvs, trailers, or older vehicles. This has happened to many people I know.

One of the best management companies I have ever worked with. Very fair and understanding but also professional in handling things. Too bad more management companies haven't figured out how to be this good.

Hello Lola Traylor- White,
We tried reaching out to your office about the UNETHICAL real estate review you left on our Google Page. Utopia Management was interviewed/ vetting among others companies and selected to acquire a Mt Lassen Property Management in Susanville by the existing owner when she was seeking retirement. All of their employees and family members are still working with Utopia Management with now stronger back end support.
We do realize you work for a competing property management company in the same town and are probably trying to generate more business by trying to slander ours. Reaching out to our existing Property Owners who we manage for, by either through pulling a data base from public records, driving by and seeing our professional For Lease signs, or even searching our advertisements, this is poor representation of being a professional real estate agent who should be developing their own database versus poaching on others hardwork, especially of those who still live and work in your community.
