The one in Susanville has the best pharmacy I was going to have to pay $600 for my boyfriend's meds and the pharmacist found coupons to make it only $55 I was so grateful!

Susanville store needs to get a person to just answer phones, today twice on hold 20 mins then they just hang up on you. Been waiting 4 days now for my meds to get filled but can not get anyone on the phone.
literally going to have a seizure because of this.....

This is not a rating of the employees at the Susanville store, but the corporate management. We have a pharmacy crisis in our town - with the closure of the only other chain drugstore here, the Walgreens is overwhelmed, and doesnt seem to be getting any support. Its almost impossible to get your prescriptions filled here in any kind of timely fashion, and you cant get anyone on the phone (Ive been on hold for over 20 minutes as Im writing this.) Im lucky enough to be able to go to Reno to get my medication- but a lot of people here dont have that luxury. Shame on you Walgreens! Peoples health is being threatened by your lack of response to this problem.

Clean store super friendly staff...question though does anyone know if they have an atm on site?
