Fun, cramped (I dont know why that surprised me, in midtown) but the host was very friendly and we had a great time

Friendly customer service! Fun immersive experience! We did the High Speed Subway room and had so much fun. The puzzles were very clever (and weve done a large handful of escape rooms across the country)! The location is slightly hard to find, but not too bad. Overall amazing time! Fun activity for a family on a cold NYC day!
