Sharon Mason @ Remax in Sun City West AZ is an absolute 10 out of 10! My mother is 89 years old and was time to move her into an Independent living near by and sell her home. Sharon respectfully helps seniors through all the paperwork and patiently helps them understand each document theyre signing with a poise and grace thats commendable. She protects your parents assets as if theyre her own . I know because I say and watched as she treated my mom with dignity. When I was out of town mom trusted her and so did I to deal with closing issues. She made it so easy and mom didnt have to leave her place! The price of the house was just right so mom didnt have to wait long and helped us with the negotiations. Sharon is the best and Id recommend her in a second. FYI Ive also made a friend. Karen Skow

We chose Sharon Mason of REMAX to sell my wife's mother's house in Sun City West. We reviewed all the local realtors and picked her based on her experience, ratings and location. She did an excellent job over the six months until an acceptable offer was made and accepted, including the recommending firms for cleaning the house and repairs and treatments needed over the months. Sharon Mason of Remax was a huge help in selling our home in Sun City West. At first we weren't even sure we wanted to sell, and Sharon was very patient and helpful, explaining possibilities and options - even if it meant not listing the property. Initially we decided not to sell, but Sharon continued to answer questions and emails in a polite and professional way.
Six months later, we decided to sell after all, and since we live out of state Sharon was key to coordinating everything about the sale - from house cleaners, to repair people, landscaping, and all of the little things needed to get a property ready for market. Her professional photos of the house were fantastic and she was able to get more than one full price offer within a very short time period.
Highly recommend Sharon and would absolutely use her again.
