      image After supplying all requested documents to Art James representative approximately 3 weeks ago I have not received a call or email to address my requesting a home insurance quote. Possibly they are so busy it takes them weeks or more what other agencys accomplish in an hour or two. Needless to say my intended request for multiple auto insurance requests will not be necessary .

      Hi Mr. Howard. You called in and emailed your 4 point inspection on December 12th. We attempted to quote with all of our carriers and received denials because your home has an ineligible electrical panel that is considered a fire hazard per all of our carriers’ guidelines. It is documented that our CSR called you on December 15th to let you know that we do not have a carrier to accept the risk and we are unable to move forward until you replace your electrical panel. We have a reputation for efficiently and professionally handling all customer calls/requests which is why you are the only negative review that we have on Google. I am very sorry that we could not quote your home with the outdated electrical panel, but once that is replaced, we’d be happy to discuss quotes.
