Wish I read the other reviews because I would not have gone. The women at the front desk is extremely rude and lacks empathy. I highly recommend you look into other facilities before bringing your loved ones here because they will not care if you need help they just want to get out early on Friday.

One nurse was very sweet but the front desk assistant and secondary nurse were extremely dismissive and just seemed like they wanted to go home. Was hushed off the phone and told that they never suggested coming back in even though both the doctor and primary nurse said it was a must! I’ve lost trust in them and heavily encourage you to survey your options before you sign up to be lied to.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Nothing short of amazing! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I've been here off and on for 6 years. The doctors are great! Especially Dr. Mgbako.

I had never come across an ER whose receptionist is rude and lacks empathy... But unfortunately I had to go to this place when my 3 year old son fell down from bed and hit his hed on the nightstand And was bleeding profusely. I drove to this place around 11 pm on a week night holding my child only to be rudely told by the receptionist to walk back few steps and wait while she very slowly registered a patient before us. It was good ten minutes when she called me only to take my details and I was asked to wait some more for the nurse to do triage. While I understand that sometimes things can get crazy when there are too many patients in the ER, but there were only 4-5 patients and the nurse was taking history and socializing with some patients. My husband and I had to literally beg them to see our son as we feared that open wound could attract infection and possibly get complicated. We were told this is how it happens in this hodpital. I told them that I was a physician myself and was well aware of the fact that their first responsibility is to treat patient (we were in ER for god sake) and then they can fulfill the formalities. After seeing the triage nurse and waiting for good 30 minutes, we finally were taken to a room. another ten minutes and a lady enters the room to take our insurance details!! ( I could not believe it ) apparently all they were interested in was to take money from us... I saw the doctor around 45 minutes after first getting myself registered at the front desk... And this was a slow night!! I don't even want to imagine what they would do on a busy night.
This place is only interesting in minting money. I will never go to this place again. If you have an emergency, kindly take your loved ones to some other place. I am very disappointed.
