The staff is rude and unnecessarily nit-picky. Both summers I have spent in Partridge Run, the pool was out of commission for half of the summer. There have been times when staff has tried to enforce rules that are not in the signed agreement. Luckily, I was able to refute these limitations by simply stating fact via their own lease agreement. Can't wait to move out.

One of the worst organisations, they have responsibility for Somerset park apartments, and the review on Somerset park apartments are 3.3 as well.
People that work there, they be ripping people off. Very disrespectful, rude, attitude, careless. Stay far away from this organisation and please people keep reviewing this company until they get the hint.

I had no idea the amount of properties under management and reach by this company. They were the management company for an apt complex in Washington state that I lived in and now in Farmington Hills, Michigan. They are a terrible management company. They buy up rental complexes and squeeze every last penny out of their tenents for poorly renovated units. The are the kings of patch job renovations and duck tape bandits. Things are always breaking and instead of investing money into actually fixing the problems they just do patch work and paint over problems. They then charge extra for "newly renovated" dilapidated units. They will cheap out on every opportunity they get.

Denise, the administrative assistant refuses to pass on messages to the Vice President of the Company and/or they're head of HR. She has received many calls from me about the literal laws that have been broken by the staff at Vandenburgh Place in Troy. She clearly doesn't care that New York state laws have been broken. She clearly can't do her job.

I dropped by in person to apply and there was no one on-site last week. Fair enough, I tried online and through phone. Nothing. Hudson Pointe is nearly impossible to get ahold of. When I finally did get ahold of them through text on Friday, they barely answered any of my questions and the ones they did had so many spelling errors I wondered whether or not this leasing agent has a literacy problem. They didnt work with me to set up a viewing for the apartment so I gave up and applied anyway online after confirming I fit their requirements. Still nothing. I had to call Solomon to get the workers to return my calls. The lady was dismissive and replied that I was denied in a telephone message. This is within 17 hours of me applying. Im not even sure my application was properly processed. The staff at Hudson Pointe seem totally and completely disinterested in doing their jobs. I have never tried so hard to give people money in my adult life. The $40 I used to apply has been essentially donated to Solomon. Find another place that will respect your time, money, and commitment since Hudson Pointe isnt interested in renting you an apartment.
