Clifford at the gate was a very rude person, not even a good morning, total attitude... then when the resident went up to gate to asked his issue he got nasty with her too... Summerfield... shame on you treating people like that... good job Clifford you are the man...

Bought a house here 7/6/23. This is a 55+ you own your land, regular houses resort! 3250 homes w 6300 residents (some snowbirds) 3 Multiple golf courses, 3 pools (1 indoor lap pool), softball field, bocci, Park, Bingo, pickleball, giant fitness center, 1/2 mile nature trail, great restaurant and golf store, gigantic hall, vacation trips, plays, concerts, full catering kitchen, $6 Tuesday night meals, 43 miles of road in our community, PRISTINE homes, tons of clubs! Awesome resort, 5 miles to the Villages but nicer people here! I'm home!

I Love living here. Lots of amenities and activities; 3 pools and jacuzzis, fitness center, baseball, tennis and pickleball courts. One of the lowest HOAs in the area
