image Once again my internet is out. Tv is constantly buffering. This month has been particularly bad service. Have been on hold with help desk too long already.
Please fix the problem and let me know how much I will be compensated on my next months bill

image Will shut you off if you are 10 seconds late paying the first month. No matter how long you have been paying on time. Service is very spotty and expensive.
