I worked here 3 years as a contractor! I NEVER met the president JOE KELLER.. And hes never available, But they claim to be all for drivers! They smile in your face and will stab you in the back! Do not lease purchase with them!!! They will lease you a truck with problems and make you pay to fix it..DONT HAVE A BREAK DOWN they will over charge you for a company truck for a rental.. They are in cahoots with the Freightliner in Effingham.. They will make you get work done without your permission! They are not transparent about anything! they are transparent only about how much money you owe them.. You cant see rate conformations from broker loads.. They dont show you how the fuel surcharge is.. You will be in competition with the company drivers for loads.. You will lease a truck and almost pay it off then they will force you out the truck, and put you in a new truck to start over.. Make sure you keep up with your maintenance escrow because they will try to steal if you not watching them!!!
I left because I wouldnt get in a new truck after almost paying it off! $8K to be exact! I was given 2 days to come up with the money before they took my truck and sold it! And they never told anyone about them filing for bankruptcy, because one of their drivers fell asleep at the wheel and killed an innocent man! They are very sneaky about what can help you as a driver, its all about keeping money in their pockets! I looked in to a law suit because they are under bankruptcy protection Im S.O.L. And if you leave they will not verify your employment to hurt you even more! Only thing that was good was hometime whenever you want it..
