The store is great and they have a large variety of products. My doctor referred me here for a cpap machine and the staff helped me find the right product and even set it up for me. Definitely recommend

I want to share a heart-warming experience I had at Sugar Land Medical Supply. Recently, after having had Covid at the same time as extensive surgery for a broken ankle, I was in poor condition. After I was ready to be more mobile, I checked out knee scooters on Amazon and read the reviews. Many reviewers spoke of the difficult assembly and the fact that some brands are less safe than others. So I decided to call a local store, where I could get advice from a professional. I explained my situation to M.D., the owner of Sugar Land Medical Supply and he was so knowledgeable and helpful that I decided to follow his recommendation. But I told him that since it was already 4:00 on a Saturday, I had no way to pick up the scooter before closing time at 6:00. Besides that, I would not be able to assemble it. He responded by offering to assemble it for me, asked for my address and said, "You are only 12 minutes away from my store, so I will be happy to deliver it to you." As promised, he did this for me out of the kindness of his heart, with no charge for assembly or delivery. This kind of "small-town service" is almost unknown in today's world! I urge you to take your medical supply needs to this store. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice stocked up store, I stopped for a couple items i needed and had a great conversation with the young lady at the counter. very polite kind young lady. very knowledgeable . Over all great customer service would comeback again. Very friendly
