Ms. Wray has prepared our tax returns for the last three consecutive years and we'll be back next year. Ms. Wray has made herself available for appointments on short notice, reviewed our tax information during a consultation with her, quickly and accurately prepared our return, and submitted it to the IRS electronically. On review of the prepared return, she highlighted potential issues for the next tax year and how we may alleviate the impact.

I heard great things about this accounting firm, but they have been very unresponsive with me. Several of my emails were ignored until I followed up. In the last communication we had, they requested certain information from me to get my S corporation set up. I responded to that email in mid-April providing the requested information and still have not heard back. I had also previously asked if we could have a call to go over details of the accounting services and that request was ignored. I can't speak to the actual accounting services (which again, I heard were good), but lack of communication has been very frustrating. My guess is the firm is just choosy about who they want as clients.
