      image I needed to talk to my doctor, due to a sudden issue. However, I had to leave a message in detail. She said she would pass it on. When I didn't hear back I sent a fax. That was never replied to. Now, a day later someone calls to tell me to go to Urgent Care and that they left a message....which they didn't. I had my doctor for over a decade and he is now at Conviva. I miss the personal care.

      image Conviva was the best when dr. Gomes was there but I called today and they said he's no longer there. I'm looking for his number cause he's my doctor I don't know any of the other doctors. So I can't speak for them but I gave you 5 stars only because of Jamie Gomez and the ladies who work there and are polite and friendly.

      image Worst doctor in 63 years. You never see the PCP. They take your temperature and waste your time. They let you see a PA and collect money . Thats about it!

      image I loved Covina at Riverside, but since it changed to 973 SE Fed Hwy ate 97B its impossible to get referrals or refills. This NEVER happened before. I almost lost my allergist because of this, my neurologists office is frustrated, my pharmacy, all say theyve never had such problems, I call repeatedly, staff calls repeatedly, I must find a different PA and I love mine here, and Im reporting this place to the BBB.
