      image I paid in advance to have my 80-year-old Aunt picked up at the airport. The driver never arrived, and when she called the emergency contact number, then there was no answer. I requested a refund, but I never received it. Do not deal with this company.

      image Consistently on her phone while driving in traffic!!! Our driver couldnt keep steady in her lane or consistent speed, uneasy travel to say the least. Will NEVER use again.

      image Very uncomfortable conclusion to what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Motion sickness due to spastic driving and the driver being on her phone, will not use again and wouldnt recommend.
