Their phone system for Internal Medicine is messed up and I still can't find a way to make an appointment. I've called six numbers and nothing, all the same menu.

Wow. I'm shocked at the amount of poor reviews here. Although I've had my issues with this office, my overall experience has been exceptional. I feel the bulk of the staff is caring and efficient as possible. Not to mention, they have the best doctor on earth (Dr Lightfoot) who fixes problems from medical to motivational. No place is perfect, or a match for every patient, but I can definitely recommend this place for your next visit.

This office is horrible with their time management. Every single time I come here I wait over a hour to be seen by a doctor. Its really getting to the point where Im looking for a different office
