There is an attendant named Gene, he was very rude on the phone.
I called to ask for an email to send an insurance cancellation and he started yelling at me on the phone.

Our landlord used this company for insurance. We lost our apartment (and one of our beloved dogs) to a fire on May 14, 2023. As of 9/6/2023 this agency has failed to provide us with the $750 relocation assistance required by MA state law. We lost everything in that fire, I should not have to be chasing them 4-months later to do their job. Unbelievable.
