They have done in-home area right and wall to wall carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and steam cleaning of tile floors for us. Kamil and his team are very nice and responsive. highly recommend!

image Great job!  The carpet on my staircase is old, had not been cleaned in 2+ years, and had pet stains.  It was bad! K-A Carpet Cleaning brought it back to life.  It now looks almost newly installed.  I love their online quoting system and scheduling system.  There are even discounts for scheduling a day when they are already in your area (I took advantage of this).  I couldn't be happier.

image Have used KA Carpet cleaning several times. Although they do a fine job, I recently ran into an issue with them and Kamal did nothing to remedy it.  He said I should find someone else.  I booked an appointment for carpet cleaning through the website.  Called to confirm a few days before as I took the day off to be there.  They had no record of it??  Strange but they were able to come later the same day I originally scheduled.  Sadly, there were buses blocking my street at that time so he had to come back (not his fault but I had originally scheduled it for later).  Luckily, I had today off for the holiday.  He was going to come back today but had an issue with his equipment so he had to cancel.  This means a third time to try again.  When I asked about a discount for the inconvenience, he said he could only give the standard $50 off which anyone can get (and I already had) for booking online.  I said I was looking for something more given the issues.  He said that was all he could give and I should find someone else. Sad that there is little service left in this world these days.  Didn't even call to discuss to keep a customer.  I'm glad he has so many customers that he doesn't have to worry about retaining them.REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE:It's sad and unfortunate that instead of trying to satisfy your customers you spend your time arguing with them online.  Strange for a business owner to do.  As I said before, you do good work but in this particular case, you are totally wrong and may have me confused with someone else.  Even if I changed a service time in the past, what does that have to do with anything?  I don't recall doing it, but If I did, I'm sure I gave plenty of notice.  Regardless of that, the fact remains that you lost my online reservation (not sure what you mean about "same day" because I reserved the time a week in advance.  It asked me to pick a date and time and then I reserved it.  It did not require a credit card.  Your company tried to accommodate me anyway (which was great) but you had to change the original time and kept changing it due to the family emergency.  I told your office that I would do another day but I took the day off and wanted some additional compensation for doing that (sorry but most of us can't just take time off work whenever we want).  I already mentioned the buses so not sure why you felt you had to mention it again?  We did agree to reschedule.  I planned to be there today and had to come down from NH. I made no other plans so I could be there.  Your equipment broke and you couldn't make it.  You did offer to have someone else do it but never followed through.  I thought you were trying to call them and hadn't heard back.  I never said I didn't want them.  I asked if they were as good as you.  I would have been fine with that.  When you couldn't make it for a 2nd time, I was expecting an additional discount.  Instead of working with me, you refused to do anything else and said I should use someone else.  If you had come back and said that you were sorry for the inconvenience and you would give me another $25 or an extra room of cleaning or a coupon for the next time (like a smart business owner would do), that would have been great.  You did nothing.  The saddest part of this is that you actually think that by arguing with a former customer, you are going to win new customers.  People read these review before selecting their next service provider.  When they see a business owner taking the time to argue online instead of trying to fix the problem, they will think twice about hiring you.  I wish you the best of luck and hope you take a minute to reflect on this post instead of taking it personally.  Try to improve your service for the next customer instead of fighting with the ones you've lost.  Good luck.
