Dr. Shun-Ching Hsu used to be a great dentist. However, since his African-American girlfriend from Tennessee ended their relationship, his professionalism and patience has been on the declining end ever since. Here's a guy who doesn't know how to separate his personal life from his professional practice. It's obvious because he leaves patient's medical files unsecured out in the opening (Major HIPAA Violation)! -Seeing it once is better than being told 100 times-

Spoke with Dr. Hsu personally prior to coming to the office and this DDS customer service via phone was HORRIBLE. He would not allow me to ask questions as to why I would have to pay co pay for myself and my daughter when the insurance charges are all on one policy. Then he had the nerve to insult me saying, "DO YOU KNOW WHAT A DEPOSIT MEAN?"... Wow... I will NEVER go there or recommend any of my employees, colleagues or friends to go to this Dentistry.
