      image I've loved coming here for decades. Walking up the mountain is equivalent to running on a treadmill at 12.5 incline but without the exertion. If you walk up the mountain 2 to 3 times a week, you'll be in shape guaranteed. Please avoid walking on rainy or drizzly days because you will slip and slide and fall down. Don't say I didn't warn you!
