I have been 3 years with Coffee Bean Direct and almost every 1-2 months get coffee bean for my company and my family. I always love their coffee because keep same good quality and great service. Past 2 times ship wrong items after I email to them. Services take right away ship right item and asking us keep wrong items to enjoy . Small thing that I need suggest . You shall try it . Even not very good quality and price also compete.

Customer service is on point and if they dont have the answer right there, they investigate and follow up immediately. Always willing to work with customers to make sure they have a pleasurable experience with what starts their day (coffee).

If you are serious about using fresh beans than call and place your order by phone. They are happy to share what was roasted that day. There coffee is truly a treat. Organic Fair Trade Mexican Chiapas, Organic Bali Blue Moon, Sulawesi Kalossi -- My three favorites so far. Give them a try
