image Their mail carrier is a rude powertrippingand can't deliver mail because she refuses to drive thru a little mud last time it was because of the tree branches she claimed were too low. Forgets she works for the post office not the home owners association.! She needs to watch 'the postman' ....j.k.

image The postal service has gone to feces, many times my neighbors get my mail and I get there's, it's not hard they have two houses on one lot but with separate addresses, and we all have mail boxes with the address on the box, I ordered an expensive and rare Vacuum Tube, it came from Redlands California to Stockton California, I was in the restroom when it showed up, my fiance opened the door just as the idiot that delivered the vacume tube dropped the package over the fence on the sidewalk ( The package was marked clearly ) so I sat down and opened the package knowing that it would most likely been broken and yep it was all busted up inside, so now I'm out the tube without recourse.
It's a shame because my whole life I used to know the one place you could rely on was the USPS but through politics and in the name of equity they no longer hire the best nore do they run it correctly

image This location is a sad shame. I've lived in this area for over 20 years and each year the office deteriorates more and more. The lack of maintenance is an exact reflection of the staff. The clerks have such poor customer service. Gone are the days when postal workers were required to at least try to be professional or neat and tidy in appearance. With the exception of one senior clerk, they're mostly sloppy, grumpy and act bothered if you ask any questions, as if we're supposed to know. The supervisor with the long hair messy hair is no exception. I was there with another customer on a Sat. The clerk took lunch at 11am while people were in line and they boldly told us we had to wait for an hour or go to another office. Allegedly there was "no other clerk" available and the supervisor refused to step in to help us.
