I waited for 7 months to get a wheelchair approved through Medcore. When it finally arrived, I had some concerns about the transactions. I tried to contact Linda Nelson to resolve these issues but she never answers the phone and all messages left to return my call have been ignored. This has gone on for more than three months.

Melinda and Sherry at Omni Medcore are extremely caring, hardworking, and smart. If it were just up to me I would promote them and give them big fat raises immediately Sadlyly they are despicable overworked and understaffed and overworked by the brass at Omni Medcore. They take a lot of heat for making mistakes and falling behind when it isn't their fault at all. Rje head honchos at Omni Medcore are more than likely causing many patients to fall terribly I'll or even losing their lives by leaving that office so deplorable u derstaffed.

If I could give MEDCORE a lower rating I would. I received authorization for an infusion. The appointment was made and I called to find my copay-That is when I found that Medcore authorized but would not pay ANYTHING. I canceled the procedure. 5 days later I received ANOTHER authorization from Medcore. I have tried SEVERAL times to call the Medcore number but the message keeps repeating over and over and no answer. It is now election time for choosing your insurance for the new year. DO NOT go with MEDCORE. Most physicians will tell you they are TERRIBLE about authorizations.
