The Iron Comet technician was very patient and thorough to find the problem and a solution to fix my computer. It came with Microsoft Office 2016 preloaded to purchase. I bought the 2021 Office Suite but was not able to install because the preloaded program would block and take over the installation process. I had given up but was amazed and happy to see the excellent work of the technician to get the 2021 Office Suite installed and working . Thank you Iron Comet for taking on the challenge to fix my computer. You have an amazing team.

Todd and the entire staff are amazing. They cleaned up two of my computers for a very reasonable price. They were polite and professional and communicated quickly. They also picked up and dropped off my computers. I highly recommend Iron Comet!

I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you all do! The response time is always quick and the customer service has never been shy of anything other than impeccable! Ive NEVER encountered one person with Iron Comet who hasnt been professional, pleasant and patient with us and our many request. Skill set is definitely important, however hiring people who understand the totality of customer service is critical in the success of a service oriented business.
