Worst company ever!!!!! Run do not use customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional and the service is terrible

Wednesdays are our garbage pickup day. The truck typically picks up the trash on the other side of the street and then comes back up to pick up the trash on my side of the street. However, on March 4th, 2024, the garbage pickup was missed on our side. My trash container was out on the curb when the Garbage truck serviced the other side. I watched the truck turn right at the stop sign instead of returning to serving our side.
I called every day for a resolution in my trash pickup matter, only to be told that the driver said the trash container wasn't there when he came byand he has a picture to prove it, which I would like to see. The driver and the company are only trying to cover their tracks by calling me a liar. The company should apologize for the inconvenience and resolve the issue by sending someone to empty the containers on our side of the street.
Nevertheless, they choose to blame the customer.
Therefore, I am taking my service to another company that may be more accommodating!

I just got trash services this is my second pick up both times they have not picked up now it is Easter weekend and I have family coming in town to my new house and the first thing were going to see if theyre overflowing trashcan. So far I am completely unimpressed with this company! Dont know if this is a regular occurrence. But will not deal with this much longer!
