The owner and her staff care greatly about all the kids. Staff is easy to communicate with and always willing to answer any questions you may have. They inform the parents of everything that may take place at the center. The center is always clean. I recommend this facility over any other.

My daughter loves lollipop learning center and she absolutely adores Mrs. Tonya! Everyone there is so professional and kind they take wonderful care of the kids I really cannot ask for a better place to send my daughter to while Im at work!

My kids were attending lollipop learning center since September 2023 my spouse would take both of our girls ages 3 and 7 up until February 2024 due to circumstances in our life I had to drop off and pick up my kids the first incident took place about one month ago due to requesting to make a payment late , combined with the next week without any penalties or coming to arrangement since my spouse started a new job we were on one check of course the owner Tonya advised it was not acceptable if she did it for me she would have to do the same for others . Ok understood .my kid could not attended because I would not have the funds to make a payment to respect HER BUSINESS , my child stays home with me and the next week she attends Im being charge for prior week she was not present for . I message Tonya about the error and she advised payment is required whether they attend or not . Tonya the business women who runs this day care did not advise at the time I communicated my daughter could not attend due to my finances me respecting her business , how I would still be charged same amount if my daughter did or did not attend . As if thats not vital information for a parent to know . Of course this business women who talks so much about running her business you would think proper communication was there but okay . She voided out the week because clearly services were not provided for a child who stayed home . weekly charge was advised $135 then we were advised extra $25 for pick up after 8hrs mind you every full time worker works 40hrs= 8hrs a day and takes 15-20mins to drive to most destinations after work . Ok fine . Now paying $165 a week. Starting June the weekly rate is $150 due to inflation plus $25 thats $175 and this is how I receive my kid from school Friday april 5th the way she promotes herself as a business owner is alarming , her staff needs proper training my daughter just turned 4yrs old In January .for her to be so low and compare her child to mine and not address the situation at hand she is spiteful and egotistical. Hygiene should be priority #1 for all kids ! Lets not mention the out break in flu all kids and staff endured due to poor hygiene from staff and YOUR BUSINESS.This was disgusting and heartbreaking for a mother to witness her 4yr old go through this and be treated in such way .I hope those who read this stay away from such ugly and no empathy having business owner for those unpredictable life event situations . below are images of conversations being held of the incidents described below . This is the best daycare my son has ever been to! I was told my son couldnt come back to his daycare that he was going to before we found lollipop. Ever since being here he hasnt dont ANYTHING the other place was saying he had done. These people really care about your children and they are always so nice. My child is being tested for autism so he is delayed and sometimes cant express himself, they are so patient with him and understand and I can tell they are really working with him. He is talking SO much better and I can tell a huge difference in his behavior and emotions. He is happy to go to school in the mornings and they are just amazing. All the staff there are super friendly and very professional. I thank them for everything they do and Im so grateful we found them!
