They don't answer the phone. I can't schedule an appointment if no one is going to pick up the phone or call me back after getting my voicemails.
Not only do they not answer the phone, but they're rarely open. Why are you only open 3 days a week!? Monday - Wednesday 9am -4pm and an hour lunch where no one answers the phone? How can anyone get in contact with such a ridiculous operating schedule.
This is one of the worst places to be in business. Rarely open, never answers the phone, doesn't call back after getting left voicemails, how can the patients get the help they need!? It's almost impossible with how this place operates.
Shut this place down already.

Early in the week of 5 Jun 23 my wife called their number 3 times. No one answered and no phone message came on. A male from the office called back later to inquire if she had called. We inquired as to whether their medical doctor was in the office. They advised that the doctor was not and only does online counseling not in person. I got on the line and asked how can someone evaluate someone on the phone as opposed to in person - personal reactions are important. A male was on the phone and stated loudly in an angry and aggressive tone, I do not know what your problem is to me and my response was obviously you. For a staff member of a behavorial (mental health) office I find the response to be totally irresponsible and unacceptable. This gentleman was in dire need of behavioral help that this very office is supposed to provide. His behavior was frankly atrocious - particularly considering where he works. If I could rate this office lower than zero it would be at best be a minus (-3).

They overcharged me and then ghosted me, no returned phone calls, doors locked, office empty.
