Quoted me something, asked me to sign a form claiming that I wont be charged more than 10% of the quote. Then called me later on and said that the quote didnt include the labor and the cost would be almost 85% more. I wasnt happy with what happened and decided not to proceed with the job. Wasted my time make 2 trips to the dealer (drop-off and pickup) for nothing.

I am not very happy with my experience with my service consultant. I was looking to get my car inspected and oil changed. My consultant recommended a coolant flush and change to which I agreed. I got a call 3.5 hours after my appointment, which was an 8:00 am appointment recommending some additional services but also letting me know that the coolant flush hadn't been done yet. I was not able to get my car until 1:30, 5.5 hours later for what was scheduled to be a safety inspection and oil change. It is extremely frustrating.

This car dealership is AMAZING!! They helped both my parents and my family out. Angle, Heather, and the finance guy were an excellent team! They worked with my parents and helped them get a great deal. They all stayed late to help us out and followed up after everything went through.
