Oh man what a terrible experience. Switched from flagstar to BOA today. This was my first center experience as I had BOA as a child. No one spoke English, they were very rude and was terrible. Have to go to my more local branch and hope for a better experience tomorrow...as far as the 1.2 star rating at the branch next to me I have zero expectations.

Went into the bank and asked for copies of my statements. They said the system would possibly charge me per statement copy but could not give me a definite answer. I have never been charged for statements inside a branch. These bankers are either to lazy to help customers or need to be retrained.

Called the branch all morning, over 10 times, and no one picked up. Had to drive almost an hour to file a dispute for a transaction at their office, and was told they couldnt service me. What kind of bank and unprofessional staff that cant handle being short staffed and decided to ignore customer calls.

Went to exchange foreign currency as I've been with the bank for a couple decades to have a mean bank teller scold me and lie about being able to change currency. I know she was lying because the customer service representative confirmed the branch can do it. This location deserves its bad review score.
