Terrible experience. Asked Patrick to do my taxes for the second year and I was passed off to someone else without being told until it was too late. I was charged more than double what it cost last year and was given no good reason why. I could not get help when i called with questions on Monday at 11am and Friday at 10am. Both times was within 2 weeks of the tax deadline (kinda important they be working) Seems this office does not work much. Asked if someone else could answer my questions since the person they threw me off too is NEVER AVAILABLE and they said no I would have to wait until the weekend which is the only time she was available.

Scheduled an Appt, came to the appt on time and was told they tried to call yesterday to confirm but I had no missed calls. Come to find out they had the wrong phone number (after confirming my number multiple times when I scheduled this appt). They said since they could not get ahold of us they cancelled our appt (we made 3wks in advance due to busy schedules). They finally moved things around in order to get our appt done but this never should have happened. I highly dont recommend this location.
