Lack of knowledge& customer service. Horrible. If you can use a different utility company, do so! Tessa is beyond rude. They have a ton of Karens working here who think theyre all mighty. Poor women have to work even at the age of 70 because theyre single and miserable. Bless their souls I hope they find peace in scamming others!

These people are the slum lords of water providers. Believe the poor reviews. I live in Chatham Place subdivision in Statesboro and we have the curse of MSO as our water provider. We regularly wake up with no water. And worse yet, like this Sunday morning, we have been without water for eight hours. The outage was reported at midnight and now its 8am. The lady at the answering service says she had reported the outage to the owner of MSO, someone named Lindsey, but regardless there is no one working on restoring the water. As far as Im concerned these scumbags owe me some money.
