I've tried to deal with the Statesboro social security office and tried to deal with jody Underwood he was very unprofessional with me and made me so mad I got up and walked out. You can tell Jody underwood I'll see him in Hell

This was my first visit to the Social Security Administration and expected long lines and terrible service since it is a government managed office. My experience was anything but that; I arrived without an appointment, which I was advised against, and was seen within 10 minutes and had a resolution to my initial problem (name correction) and then guidance to getting signed up for Medicare as I am just a few months away from retirement. This all took less than 30 minutes. Mrs. Woodcock was personable, knowledgeable and extremely courteous; this may change my mind about anything "government"... maybe...
