I have mold in my apartment and the floor in the laundry room is caving in . I let them know November 1 of 2023 and here it is February 2024 I still have mold in my apartment. Anybody on here know who can I report them to ? Will take pictures and show yall when I get home .but they trust to add all types of fees but dont fix nothing. They have 1 Maintenance man and they change them every other week hints why nothing gets fixed.

Very amazed at what Ive witnessed today. The property manager Tracy has great customer service. Hes very knowledgeable, professional and will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met.

My floors are literally caving in and they don't seem to care at all, because I still pay rent every month. They cut corners, and didn't put anything between the frames, and the vinyl flooring, and i'm sure they did this in every unit. What is shown in my picture will happen in every unit at some point. If I step on the flooring between the 2x4s, I will fall through. The property "manager", Tracy Brown, doesn't seem to be able to do anything. When I threaten to reach out to corporate, he tells me not to and says "I'm the only person that can help you". When MC DANNER sends you an email saying give her a 5 star review and she'll give you a half-month of rent off, don't do it, she doesn't give you that free 1/2 month. Everything is so shady, and I'm having to reach out to the housing authority and seek legal action. Please don't live here, anywhere else in Statesboro. Don't make my mistake.
