We have been having issues with our work toilet. Matt came to fix the issue and did a great job and finished in a timely manner. He is very efficient and knows what hes doing. He also has a great personality!!! 5 stars for MATT :)

Very quick response to a bad situation. The tech was extremely polite and friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. The price was also very reasonable. Im very grateful for businesses like one this and I highly recommend them.

Rapid insisted that they need to get access to our apartment when the kitchen sink downstairs apartment water backed up from the sewer even we strongly objected to it because it did not make any sense. After the harassment from condo management, we was forced to take half off on last Friday and drove 45 minutes to get to the condo. It winded up they did not enter my apartment and they just snake the drain under the kitchen sink downstair. After 5 minutes, the plumber unclogged the drain without enter my apartment upstairs. This showed that this plumbing co either tried to fool us or they are incapable to diagnose. The worse part is their attitude of refuse to explain the reason of why they need to get access of apartment. Should stay way from these guys.
