Everything you would want in a repair guy... timely, personable, and knowledgeable. Was obviously very intent on providing the best possible customer service. Can't recommend enough.

These are fake reviews! They were supposed to come last week to look at my dishwasher that I purchased from Best Buy, and never showed up or gave me the courtesy of a phone call or text. I took the day off of work for this appointment, so no professionalism. Vicki who is probably the owner's wife called the next day saying that everyone had Covid, so that meant that nobody can let a client know that someone wasn't coming?
I made an appointment for the following Monday, but Best Buy who is the one that was sending them said I didn't have an appointment so I went to my office. Vicki called me that morning that Russell was coming. It just worked out that my husband was home but he had things to do, so when Russell came he had to step out. I should have had him wait in the lobby for 10 minutes but he asked if he could go to another job and would come back later. There was no MAYBE. I good naturedly said yes.
He never came back!! I called Vicki and she said he had numerous jobs on the Upper West Side, and he told her that he said he might come back which was b.s.. I would have had him wait in that case. This clown had no attention of coming back! I tried calling Vicki the following morning but now she's not calling back and they don't answer the phone. I don't get how such a rinky dink company like this stays in business if this is how they treat customers. This is two major incidents. I now realized that Russ the technician is the owner so he doesn't care. Stay away from this company!!!!!!

I had the best experience with Appliances R Russ. Russell was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He came to fix my BEST Hood but was gracious to answer numerous questions about my dishwasher and washing machine. Having tried many service people (DO NOT USE MR. APPLIANCE) over the years, Russell keeps up on the new models and new technology. I highly, highly recommend Appliances R Russ! And Vicky is super terrific too!

Russ and his team were terrific. I needed multiple repairs on my Wolf Range to the burners and the broiler. Another company had come 3 times and were unable to properly diagnose the problems or fix them. Russ really knew his stuff, and was able to figure out what needed to be done, and it is now working perfectly. He and his office were very responsive despite how busy they have been. All around a great experience! I would strongly recommend Russ to anyone who needs an appliance repair.

Russ was super responsive and actually came 5 days earlier than we talked about just cause he was close by. Plus, he fixed my washer in minutes because he had done a little "detective work" beforehand based on a couple of pictures I sent him. He's a good one!
