      image I had an amazing experience at this Journeys location. During a very hectic holiday weekend I got assistance from Alex. She personally assisted me with a transaction that wasnt even completed in the store. Alex and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Havent received amazing service like that in a long time

      image I went in with my daughter and had a terrible experience. The young man behind the counter never once made us feel welcomed, we didnt get a hi, hello, or how are you, made it very clear he didnt want to be there sighing and sucking his teeth. This place lacks some customer service, I think you guys should hire new employees with customer service experience because what I experienced was not what I had expected.
