Actually just called them up for an estimate so far so good I'm planning to get work done by them and I'm sure I'll have no problems cuz everybody I talk to they use them gave them great reviews so I'm sure I'll have one also

Just had my railings installed. Negative reviews made me nervous, but I had a great experience. The timing was a bit off, but giving today's circumstances with labor shortage and back orders on literally everything and everywhere, it was expected. Everything was done professionally. They took time to lay out every baluster to make sure the look will be perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, when needed.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I made a appointment with Melissa for OCT 28 and the servicemen Rueben called 5 minutes before Appointment and cancelled. He made another appointment for the following Saturday. And no one showed up or called me. What a waste of time. I left a message on there answering machine and no one responded

REALLY EXPENSIVE..job was to open ceiling to attic..build paltform...5 steps to platform then 8 steps into attic 5900 for staircase did not acount for post and hand rail upon estimate...waited almost 3months for job was told 3-4wks...had to call every Monday after the 4 wks had passed...got the steps in finally... then got an estimate for the hand rails....3700...9600 altogether...for a 2 bedroom town house... Im glad Mike really took care of you guys...

This company is truthfully awesome. Mike held to his numbers as we separated upstairs and down stairs install with railing coming after the furniture. He made sure that everything was super tight and that there were no creaks at all. Tons of compliments. Go see the house online. Google 291 Tanglewood drive Staten Island NY. We recently sold it thru the company we work with Re/Max Edge Realty, and Got top dollar. Thanks Mike and to his workers and helpers to make this happen.
