There aren't words to describe how much I think of Dr. Scaccia and his staff! My husband had an emergency, on a weekend, and Dr. Scaccia fit us in. He confirmed what was happening with my husband's hearing, and treated it on the spot. We followed up with our family ENT who said Dr. Scaccia treated my husband exactly how he would've, and did a PERFECT procedure on him. I could see he was impressed, which made us feel that much better. My husband is still going through his illness, but if it weren't for Dr Scaccia and his staff fitting us in, being so knowledgeable, and treating him, my husband would have no chance of ever having his hearing back. I have only the greatest respect and gratitude for their office, and I'd recommend anyone to him for his profound knowledge and expertise!

My 17 year old daughter came down with a sore throat. The next day we took her to our PCP who looked in her mouth and said "whoa"! He tested her for strep and mono; both came back negative. As the days went on the pain spread from her throat to her neck and ear. By the 5th day of seeing no improvement we took her to an Urgent Care where the doctor advised us to continue to the original course of treatment. The next day she had trouble swallowing. Her PCP advised us to take her to the ER. After waiting in the ER for 2 hours a nurse practitioner friend suggested to call an ENT. Being at Riverview Hospital we contacted Dr. Frank Scaccia's office which is located directly across the street. Being 5:00 it was closing time, the office advised to bring her in and they would stay open to see her. Thank goodness they did that because my daughter had an abscess on her tonsil that needed immediate surgery to be drained. Within hours she was able to swallow again normally and even was able to attend school the next day. We cannot begin to thank Dr. Scaccia & his staff enough for finding the remedy to her illness that two other doctors had missed.

Woke up one day completely deaf on left ear dr scaccia completely removed a large build up of wax and before I left office put me in a sound proof booth to verify my hearing. He is extremely thorough. Will only go to him

I really feel Dr. Scaccia was God sent. I first met Dr. Scaccia 22 years ago when I was 18. I was getting sick every month and my mom found his office somehow. He took out my tonsils, adenoids, redid my sinuses and performed a rhinoplasty at the same time. He was very thorough then and a perfectionist (but not at the cost of his patient) and he still is now. It took 20 years before I started getting any sickness symptoms back. Thats success in my book!
Ive been suffering the last 2 years thinking I was just constantly getting sick and had a lingering stuffy nose for months on end. Id go to drs and tell them that it felt like something was in my nose. No one even checked or suggested seeing an ENT. I finally decided I needed to go to someone who I trusted to find the answers for me, that I wasnt nuts and something else was going on. I remembered Dr. Scaccia and since he worked on me once before, I called his office to see if he was in network. I called on a Saturday around 11am and was in his office by 1pm that same day. His staff is wonderful and some were still there from 22yrs ago. They Took the time to talk to me and to squeeze me in which I was so grateful for.
Although he was not in-network, I felt I needed to still go. When he saw me, he spent over an hour with me and found a mess of polyps in my nose. He told me I needed surgery and the procedure of what I needed to get done if I decided to do it. It was a no brainer. He was confident Id be breathing better than I had but that he was going to be conservative because they were so intertwined with my nasal cavity. I appreciated his honesty and his no nonsense attitude. He tells you like it is and He was still as thorough as I remember him being all those years ago.
I did the requested scans and ekgs and when I went back in to go over them, he had found my file from 22 years ago and my photos from before my surgery. I couldnt believe he still had them! With two weeks, and right before xmas, I had the polyp surgery in his new OR. Everyone was great. Nurse Donna, my anesthesiologist, the entire staff and, of course, Dr Scaccia. I have since been back for my follow up debreavement sessions and can already breathe better. Sometimes you need someone in your corner and that person is Dr Scaccia.

Dr. Scaccia is hands down the best ENT doctor in NJ. He is the most thorough and detailed doctor I have ever been treated by. He takes his time with all his patients and your never rushed out of the office. He treated me for a sever earache infection and completed sinus surgery on me. Both procedures were unbelievably successful in treating both my ENT issues. Dr. Scaccia and his surgical team were phenomenal and fantastic to say the least. From the front office staff and his entire team i can not say enough on how great i was treated by Dr. Scaccia and his staff. If you need a great ENT doctor go to Dr. SCACCIA in Red Bank NJ. He is the best and I highly recommend his ENT practice 5 stars ++++++++++!
