I had a very positive experience with Coastal Supply Group. The Bradford White water heater at my house started leaking earlier today so I gave the store a call to see if they carry the same model so I could replace it asap. John was very clear with his instructions over the phone and was able to help me with getting a replacement through my warranty all in under an hour! The showroom looked lovely too.
