The staff members were all pleasant and by all accounts, Dr. Renee is excellent at her work, we were initially recommended to her through a glowing word of mouth review from a friend. However, the low rating is because I made it all the way to the office, having made an appt and driven from VA to PA and was in the middle of filling out their specific paperwork regarding an auto insurance claim before I was told apologetically that they no longer took auto insurance claimsthis is after I clearly said during the initial call that it was for auto insurance. I was told unfortunately, the staff member who took my initial call was new and perhaps misinformed and they were sorry. I would probably remove the auto insurance paperwork from your office as well if that were the caseregardless , the fee out of pocket was reasonable but after all that, it was insulting and besides the point. Dr. Renee may be an excellent chiropractor based on the reviews but my experience was quite soured. It was an incredible waste of my time and left me scrambling to find another chiropractor on short notice. I gave an additional star for a total of two because I wanted to be fair in regards to her other reviews and also the staff was quite friendly.

Office staff is so kind and Dr Gehrig is is very knowledgeable and personable! She gets to know her patients and really cares: I started feeling better almost immediately.

I recently hurt my back and went to a different chiropractor because I (mistakenly) thought Renee couldn't accommodate my last minute, late- Friday availability. Other chiro was very nice but the results weren't the same as I get from GFCC. 2 visits with Renee and I'm "fixed." I'll never stray again.

I have been going to Dr. Gehrig for almost 20 years and I will never go to another. When you visit her office you get 100%of her attention.

Gehrig Family Chiropractic has been amazing for myself and my family. My adjustments have allowed me to forgo pain medication for chronic conditions and have helped both my children in post injury/surgical recovery. Dr.Gehrig is gentle yet effective and provides thorough care. Staff are caring, professional and friendly. It is a medical appointment I look forward to attending!
