a lot of people have told me this pawn shop is horrible and low balls everyone,well it's true. I called and asked what they would pay for 1oz silver coins mind you spot is 27 today well the said they would pay $18 so I said that's $9 under spot and they hung up.not a honest place at all.

Sorry that you feel this way but, we are actually very honest. You asked what I would pay and I honestly told you 18 per coin. You need to under stand that pawn shops have overhead just like you have overhead. in addition when I sell my gold/silver my refiner pays me 10% less that spot. That being said, if I paid spot I would not be able to pay my overhead. Also if you really wanted your opinion to have substance you would not be hiding behind 'animalcrackrzz" Further more you hung up on me not I on you.

Very rude unbelievable high prices do NOT waste your time here.
they low ball anything you try to sell them absolutely unbelievable both times at this establishment was very rude especially the old ladies that work there extremely outdated place and not up to par

I reviewed your transaction on this day. Seems you had nothing to pawn/sell (So I don't know how you were low balled). I did see that you made a purchase and on review I saw no rude treatment from my staff.I also seen you looking in my knife case and getting upset at what our asking price was on the knives you sold us Dec 2023, you were made an offer for you knives and accepted. I am sorry that you fell slighted. The choice to sell was yours and yours alone.
